We believe great things happen when talented people come together with a shared purpose. Skills matter, but so do values and culture fit—when those align, everything clicks. We want to create a workplace where you feel at ease, have what you need to do your best work, and can contribute in a way that feels meaningful to you.
If you're interested in joining us, it’s simple: Tell us why you’d like to be part of the team and how you think you can contribute. No long cover letters, no unnecessary hoops—just a straightforward conversation. We’ll take it from there.
Raynetics started with a deep insight into a practical problem. During his postdoc research, our co-founder, Ajinkya, experienced firsthand how challenging it is to get clear insights into the tiny structures that drive much of the modern world. His fascination with understanding matter at the smallest scale led him to explore new ways to solve this problem—eventually developing a unique approach that we believe can empower nanotechnology professionals to unlock the next generation of breakthroughs.
We’re at a moment where the world needs these insights more than ever. That’s why we started Raynetics—to turn a research breakthrough into something real, something that can make a difference. And we’re still at the very beginning. There’s so much left to figure out, but that’s the opportunity: to join early, to help shape what this becomes, and to build something with real impact. If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
Innovation doesn’t happen by following the playbook—it comes from pushing boundaries. We trust each other to take bold bets, experiment, and learn fast. Curiosity and collaboration fuel our progress.
Big insights come from diverse perspectives. We challenge assumptions, embrace different ways of thinking, and create a space where everyone can contribute their best. Respect, openness, and inclusion aren’t just nice-to-haves—they’re what make us stronger.
We take ownership—not just of our work, but of the mission. Everyone here has a stake in what we’re building. We think critically, move with intent, and hold ourselves accountable to the impact we create.
